PADI Deep Diver - €155.00

The Deep Diver Specialty course offers you the opportunity of a lifetime - going deep to see thing others can only dream about. You will be taught how to dive safely to 40 m's.

Course Requirements:

PADI Advanced Open Water (or qualifying certification from another organisation)

Minimum age: 15 years old

PADI Deep Diver program covers:

You'll learn deep dive planning, organization, procedures, techniques and hazards. You'll also put this knowledge to the test as you go on four open water dives that range from 18 - 40 metres / 60 - 130 feet.

Duration:

Minimum Advanced Open Water Training or above: four dives over two days

Course Materials:

  • Deep-Pak - the cost of the manual is in addition to the price of the course
  • video and log insert

The warm and crystal clear blue waters around the island of Gozo offer perfect diving conditions. Divers from all over the world enjoy exploring the tunnels, caves, grottos, reefs and spectacular scenery abundant with marine life as well as the 260 foot-long wreck of the MV Xlendi, an ex- Malta - Gozo ferry scuttled in a diver an environmentally friendly way of the coast of Xatt L'Ahmar in November 1999, the superb tugboat the Rozi, the El Faroud and the famous ship used in the making of the film Popeye in 1979 popularly known as the Popeye Barge just of Anchor Bay. Other dive sites include Alexanders Cave, Santa Maria Caves, Lantern Point on Comino and the Cathedral Cave and Coral Cave at Dwerja and only add to the Gozo diving experience.
